Hydration hour, the ceremony, a full cocktail hour and dinner together at Auma, Hilton Cancún’s steakhouse. Exact times and the other event locations will follow.
For couples and solo guests who fancy a special meal: a multi-course tasting-menu dinner at Le Chique, at Hotel Xcaret Arte in Playa del Carmen.
This is an off-site outing, separate from Hilton's all-inclusive stay. We'd each pay for our own meal. No reservation has been made; the time, availability and transport are still to be arranged.

After you save your RSVP, we’ll email you the Hilton group booking link when it’s available. Guests will book and pay for their own rooms once the contract is finalized. If you use a travel advisor, ask them to follow the group's contracted booking method or have Hilton confirm the reservation is associated with our block.

Park Sleep Hotels advertises packages from 199 USD / room , with up to eight days’ parking. Hilton’s direct offer includes up to seven parking nights. Check your dates, taxes and fees.
Compare the whole trip: flights, carry-on and checked bags, selected seats, parking or airport rides, and Cancún transportation. If considering an earlier arrival, remember that U.S. Thanksgiving falls on November 25, 2027. The hotel block's proposed dates remain November 29–December 5.

Can I bring someone?
Yes. Come solo, with your partner, your family or a friend. Bring whomever you'd love to share the trip with, and let Nick and Jill know who's thinking of coming so the plans can include everyone.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely, at the wedding and at Hilton. The optional Friday dinner at Le Chique is adults-only (18+). For rooms, children count toward occupancy, and the proposed swim-up option requires every guest to be at least 10.
Do I need to stay for the whole week?
Not at all. Join us for the wedding day, the whole week or whatever time works for you. The proposed hotel block dates are November 29–December 5; group rates may have their own booking conditions. If you’re coming just for the wedding, check venue access arrangements with us before making plans.
What's included in all-inclusive?
Hilton lists meals, snacks, drinks at its included venues and 24-hour room service. Premium items, transportation, excursions and some other services cost extra. Le Chique is at another hotel and is paid separately. Check your exact reservation terms.
When can I book?
We're waiting for Hilton's finalized group contract and personalized booking link. The link, final prices, deadlines and cancellation terms will go here once ready. Please don't assume a public booking will be part of our block.

We completely understand. We'd love to celebrate with you, but there's no pressure. Make the decision that's right for you.
